I had to wait 10 minutes for a chicken strip and they still didn't get my order right
I love KFC but they no longer have buffet at this location and I always have to have them cook me fresh chicken because what they have cooked is never fresh and has been under the heat lights so long it's too tough to eat
Placed order, was told they are out of Dr pepper and potato wedges. Waited at the window for ten minutes then told to pull around and they would bring me my food because they have my order to someone by mistake. Pulled around waited another 5 minutes. Brought my food out and my order was wrong. Went inside to get it right and waited another 5 minutes. Total chaos and mess inside. The only Plus side was that the food was hot and tasted good today.
Ordered chicken waa told it would be 14 minutes and it's been 23 minutes and still no food .. however there are 6 more cars waiting now for food !!!!! Omg we was the first one here ! KFC you failed
